Have a traditional 1-story home with back porch in shape of a "U", bordered on 3 sides (carport at back of lot, then living room, then Master Bed/bath on opposite side of carport). Would like ballpark estimate on adding a downstairs living area where back porch is now, and a bonus room/common area and possible extra bedroom with full bath upstairs. Stairs would have to be added. Would like back of addition to have balcony/covered porch. Approx. downstairs footprint is 567sq ft. and upstairs footprint approx. 590 sq ft. not including balcony. We have an existing garage that was an office. Had some mold damage and need new drywall for the intire 20 x 20 space. Some of the wood framing will also need to be replaced. Looking for a licensed and insured contractor to complete with new flooring as well. Recap: Gut 20 x 20 space, replace a small amout of the damaged framing, drywall, paint and install flooring yet to be determined. Thank you,

I am interested in adding on to my home while in the middle of our rebuilding. My current home is 1632 sf. What I would like to do is add on to my kitchen and master bed room, both are in the back of the the home but on both levels (the home is a two story). Approx add on is 342 sf or a 9w x 23l.
